I agree with your opinion. The Irish team was weak yes. But I think Spain did not play at 100% of their performance. Also in the match against Italy it seems very easy how Spain played. They played very good tick-tock football...amazing.

I am afraid Spain is the favourit for the championship. I expect Spain will going with the title away. They played very well and their game is really phenomenal! On the television it seems they played very easy...with little effort.
But...for me as Dutchman I really hope that Holland will survive the poule fase, although it will not deserved. So in this case: Germany, lets beat Danmark!

you beat the rich spoiled orange boys fair and square.
The perfomance was expected,last 6 games before the tournament were really bad.
allthough you will probably know that Gomez made a comeback at Bayern whilst van Gaal was in charge.
I sincerely hope Germany wins euro 2012, they are phenominal!

They have rightly lost from Germany. The defense was really a disgrace.
Hopefully Germany will beat Danmark and Holland will beat Portugal with 2 goals difference, but I am afraid Holland will also lose from Portugal.
