Posted - 09/06/2012 : 04:02:22 Hi, this is my new project for Miniwerks, the WC JPS Lotus 72, British GP winner 1972 with Emerson Fittipaldi at the wheel. Based on the Tameo 1/43 superkit WCT70 and the SRC kit. I hope you enjoy this WIP and feel free to ask about any doubt.
If somebody is interested in this model please contact Mike. Thanks, Ricardo |

Posted - 05/22/2014 : 05:16:07 Lotus 72 are a nightmare of detail and spec changes - it's not easy seeing what's what at times! I've started following your Facebook page - loving your builds!

Posted - 05/03/2014 : 08:17:21 Thank you 72twink, I realise, later, those differences between the two versions. Curiously last year I built some Lotus 72 MFH 1/20 and I make the inverse way, the MFH kit for the 70 versions is incorrect. Side-pots, rear suspension and exhaust pipes are from latter versions. So I had to transform them on the C versions.

Posted - 04/07/2014 : 06:56:58 Lovely build and great idea to kit bash the SRC and Tameo kits but you've kept the C spec rear suspension and radiator pods from the Tameo kit, the SRC D spec ones are the correct items for this particular car/race. |
