Could you please comment on the F.D.S. brand?

They produce/ed kits in resin and white metal.
Are those kits accurate enough?
Do they nave assembly problems?
What is the range of their prices?
Is there any famous FDS kit?

Thanks in advance,
John

I agree. FDS kits are pretty old tech, low quality. The metal ones, anyway. Can't speak for the resin kits, though.

The metal kits take quite a bit of work to make a nice model. They do come with many parts and are fairly detailed, but the castings are not very clean. Wire wheels are usually cast, not photo etch.

FDS are old very primitive kits.

Jolly model is from the same company (de stasio).

I had only ons FDS kit once.......the 308 GT/M.....big mistake...Huge!

Never bought FDS again. In my opinion they can't get the models right

My experience with FDS has been negative. White metal kits were not really that good.
