Posted - 05/19/2010 : 05:11:06 I know this beautiful yellow f40 is yours Ioannis ! Of course I meant Patrick and Stéphane, I thought Serges because of Serge of Felling43. Really Sorry Patrick because I met him and he is a really great guy and a has an umbelievable knowledge of this hobby ! And it was not half a centimeter but 2 mm for the front wheels.
Although I am a bit disapointed nobody left a comment on this Feeling43 F40 lm. The level of details is never seen on this model and the fit is rather good believe me !

Posted - 05/11/2010 : 06:30:12 Hello to all of you fellow members, and CONGRATULATIONS to Chan for this gorgeous model ! I really admire the reforming of the bonnet, the fit seems very very good ! Again congrats !!! I just wanted to show you the Special F40 LM made by Stephane and Serges from Builtupmodels for me. (I hope you agree Mike). I asked them for the maximum special and self built parts, and I have been very satisfied with this jewel. The fit is maybe not as good as Chan's one, but there are so much amazing special details. Just take a look at the engine bay and the front bonnet which was entirely remade, + so much amazing self built parts ! Just an example : the building of the "maitre cylindre de frein" (sorry for my french) needs more than 15 parts alone, and all the front wheels were moved from half a centimeter to be perfectly centered. I hope you enjoy like me! http://www.builtupmodels.com/fr/thumbs.php?pageNum_rs_planche=17&totalRows_rs_planche=184&FolioID=4&ID_menu=smenu2 |

This one takes the prize. By far the finest example I've ever seen of this Feeling43 F40, my sincere compliments. Have several of your builds in my collection. Surely wish this was one of them!
