Rainer Goetzke asked me to post a new thread to alert collectors about possible lost/stolen BBR models he recently sent by DHL to a collector in Europe. If anyone sees these models for sale on ebay or other site, please let me or Rainer know.

1:18 scale:
CARS1802 Ferrari 365 California S/N 10155 in white on grey leather base with Plexiglas cover, version Hans Riegel, Bonn- “Haribo”, model # 01/72

1:43 scale:
2 x CAR32CLB Ferrari 365 California S/N 10155 in white on red leather base with Plexiglas cover, version Hans Riegel, Bonn- “Haribo”, model # 01/20 and I believe model #07/20

1 x BBRC132BCPRE Ferrari 458 Speciale 2013, bluemetallic, on red leather base, model #01/20

1 x BBRC132RCPRE Ferrari 458 Speciale 2013, redmetallic, on red leather base, model number unknown

Thought the same... The guy lived in Belgium, had his name, adress and telephone-number. Went to the police, took an hours ton take up a statement, officer said nothing would happen.. Out of the country and burocracy would prevent any actions...

Got my money refunded... but I hate he got away with it...still!!!

How did this go?

Payment received = mailing (registered and insured) =signed when accepted...

If parcel isn't received by buyer, he gets a refund, seller makes a claim at mailcompany, worked out 3 times in the past, no loss in money.
