Because Joe gave me a none-too-subtle hint, here are a selection of high-end 1/43 356 models that appeal to me. Or, in other words, I wish all these were mine!!!

In no particular order of preference:

Sorry Stas, I forgot to include that information...

  • Rosso43: Make Up/Bosica superkit.

  • Shin Collection: mostly Bosica and/or Le Phoenix kits - but I cannot remember for certain anymore.

  • Momo Factory: Bosica kit.

  • JPM: Piranha kits

  • Joe: red & blue are BBR rebuilds, the black & silver cabriolets were Bosica coupe kits!

  • Steve Barnett: Pre-A is based on an old Danhausen kit and the rest are Le Phoenix based

  • ScaleAutoArt: Make Up/Bosica superkit.

And of course you are included, Joe; pieces like your 550 Panamericana and those two cabrio's put you right up there with all these other top builders artisans!

I also forgot three other very important pieces;

gdist, Le Phoenix kit

(gdist photo)

Takumi Inaba, kit unknown

(Miniwerks photo)

Yasuhiro Shimoma, Bosica kit (check out that polished bodywork!!!)

(Yasuhiro Shimoma photo, as far as I know)

I would like to admit I wasn’t a big fan of the 356 but now I am, the models are beautiful, I like the Rosso the best, Thank you for the photos.
