 Best practice for dust preventing for BBR tray

I would be curious whether there is a best practice how to cover the tray-like BBR issues against the dust? Is there a passing acrylic cover available? Of course a glass covered wall cabinet would be the best solution, but in that case the model can not be taken in hand and taste it from different aspects.
The below model is only for illustration what BBR tray I am speaking about.
Thanks for presenting the experiences.

I agree with Zolomod. Keep the cardboard box and base, but place the model on a modern BBR base.

Cabinets are rarily fully dust-proof so models would still require some dusting every now and then. I regard every touch to a model as a threat, so just cover them up properly :)

This is my solution: standart BBR box and aluminum plate made to order.
