Obviously, they every so often produce special versions of different releases (usually 30 or 50 of a specific colour or specification), which are numbered, but the standard releases would seem to typically run to quite a few hundred, at least, probably depending on perceived demand.
But yes, it would be nice to know what a typical (i.e., non-special) run would amount to.
