I was asked to post pics of the Delage aero coupe but being temporarily one armed I am unable to get at the model to do a photo spread. Therefore I decided to post pictures of other aero coupes in some displays. I hope you enjoy the pictures.
The Delage is in the back left.

Maybe my favorite, the Embiricos LeMans Bentley coupe.
How about those teardrop shaped fenders and the entire body too - top view.
Or teardrops on the side both big and little. At the time the teardrop was thought to be the perfect aero shape.

Interior view, was pleasantly surprised
The base plate, not bad - 6th OA at LeMans. The Ferrari 166 MM's winning speed was 73.56 MPH and traveled 1765.55 miles.

Thank you for RR photos and comments. The RR of countess Di Frasso with Darrin body, sitting on the top of the building, is one of my longtime dreams...

Are those two T150's by Motor City, Steve? Those are a couple of a small number of models I would love to have in 1/24 scale. I actually ordered a blue one from them when they announced they were about to release them, but they never ever got back to me (I finally deleted the order confirmation email in disgust after several years of waiting).

Vladimir - Just remembered that you asked about the Rolls-Royces.
They are mostly Top Marques models.
Here is a better picture that contains the labels for each car.
Until I post will not know if they can be read, but I believe they will be legible. Enjoy.

Here are some American Aero Coupes that one doesn't see very often on this forum, maybe???
Hope you enjoy the pictures.
The black Cord
The 1952 Pinin Farina Coupe is similar to the Bentley/Rolls Continental Coupe
1954 Bentley R-Type Continental
And a similar but less aero looking Mercedes coupe

Thanks for the inspiration, will post some more so that you can poke around at a distance. You are welcome to visit if you ever get near Denver Colorado, don't know if I'll ever get back to NZ.
Some 1/24th scale Talbots and some other aero coupes
and some more 1/43ed scale aero coupes. Enjoy.

One of my favorite subjects, 1930's streamliners (French ones in particular).
Intriguing - I see you have one of Michel Sordet's Talbot Lago T150-SS models. I very badly wanted one of each when he released them, but at the time I could only afford two, so I chose a burgundy one (same as yours), and the two-tone blue one on the postcard in your top photo. We obviously have similar tastes :o)
Actually, Michel produces a large number of models I would love to have...
What wouldn't I give to have good long poke around in your collection, Steve!

Max - eMc "the best". Have the silver 500K as well as the new top-up Horch. Wonderful build quality. Your 540K in white is sweet and thank you for posting pictures your other beautiful models.

An Italian company FB produced both kits and built models of this AR in a number of versions. Also old BBR/Styling Models. |

Good Eye - you amaze me.
The Alfa is an IXO, and well done it is too, as it is not out of place sitting amidst several Hecos and the Bang Seng Xenia.
