Hello, I have a kit of a Ferrari Testa rossa 1958 Le Phoenix and i' am wondering what this kit worth is this days and is there a big difference in price between the TR 58 and the TR 57 kit ?

Ferrari is the best

2 years ago I got these, built perfectly for $99 a piece...
They are built by Lex Rijsdijk, a TOP builder from the Netherlands.

I bought 14 different amr's and Le phoenixes from a collector, and they are amung my favourite models.

You can view them in the other section.

Yes I did pay Euro 408 for that, but there was an underbidder. In fact, I was just the underbidder on a #22 that sold for $571 including the shipping. At least I kept that buyer honest; these are after all, the Pontoons.

A little eBay direct comp recap from Nov. 18:

TR57 #17 $544

TR58 #14 $230
TR58 #16 375

so...#16 is pulling higher prices. I have 2 #14's purchased at higher prices- low 300's. I also show 2 other TR57 #21's selling for $587 & 565 last year.

It would be nice to know how many of these were actually made, as I suspect the 1500 shown on the boxes was optimistic. Anyone?

In my opinion there is a difference between the LP TR57 and TR58 in regards of the price.

It depends on the version of the TR57 kit.

For instance the kit of the LP TR57 LM 1958 versions #19/20 has been sold on ebay a few weeks ago for Euro 408!
Have not seen any LP TR58 kit yet that reached more than approx. Euro 250.

Hi
Possibly because the versions for the TR58,are very limited
while from the TR57 ,they are a multitude....
Technically, both kits are gorgeous.-)))
