Firstly,a bit of background.

I used to work in the plastics industry.
Now,most if not all of us are aware of terms like "flash" to describe excess plastic on plastic items.

But,we also have "shorts".

So,imagine my shock, when I opened my Tameo Ferrari 641/2 to discover the model was "short".
Specifically around the area of the radiator intakes/side pods.

Once cleaned up,it was obvious that because not enough metal had reached that part of the mould, that the side pods would be short by a fair margin.

So,in desperation,I mailed Tameo and asked if this had been a problem in the past.
I had decided I might be able to build up the area on the body using milliput.

But to my surprise, they are going to send me a new body.
and the best part is,its free.

So,a BIG UP to Tameo.
Credit where its due :)
