Once upon a time there was a model company that made hundreds of examples of each model. They had lots of money and many competitors who wanted to thwart their endeavours. One day they made a Le Mans racing model that had a sponsor who would not allow them licensing. But they had already made the expense of the model car -all the tooling, artwork, casting etc.- and they were stuck with a pile of models they couldn't sell. So, one bright spark had the idea to include a figure- several actually, of some lovely ladies in bathing suits. Instead of selling the model (which they weren't allowed to do), they advertised the figures of the ladies for sale instead, and the model was included in the box. They sold all their production run and lived happily ever after.

jee, jee, ;-) This happened in the 1990's and some old timers may remember the fishy caper. They may even still have the lovely ladies and the oily model. I don't want to get anyone in trouble so didnt' mention specifics or who this post was meant for. But for some, this has been a useful post. And the lovely ladies appreciate it too.

Hmmm. There might be something in this story besides dead fish...
