All the best to you all for the New Year - All of it, and may your little car dreams come true.

Here is a display that I updated in December and hoped to post then.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Overview of the display which contains a mixture of diecast and white metal hand built models representing some of the significant cars raced over a span of more than 100 years.

The rt. side is a bit more modern with representatives through 2009.

WRC Rally cars through the years, my favorite is the Healy, and would like to find a 1964 Paddy Hopkirk Mini which would then become my new favorite.

Cheers and Happy Collecting,
Steve

I really like your display and your descriptions next to your models Steve. Great idea. Especially for those who come to view your display case and are not to familiar with cars... :)

John,
Thanks for the kind words and labeling suggestion.
Nicer labels are a goal but at the moment I am just trying to get just these paper ones made as I reflect on and refine the wording of each, as well as modify the displays themselves.
Am very fortunate to have a quite large display room and have been working on it for two years. It is taking shape but
there is lots yet to do.

Cheers and Happy Collecting,
Steve

It's a nice and interesting display Steve.
I like the wordings.
Perhaps if you could have the labels on Plexi you might have a museum display version.
Happy collecting in 2011!
John
