Considering to the dreadful old Colibri kit I inflicted on poor Laurent, the model has turned out brilliantly - it is a real credit to him!

You are basically correct about the engine, ferrariboy; it had a 16 cylinder air-cooled radial engine. It was never successfully raced (apparently it kept frying its spark plugs), which was probably just as well, because with over 70% of its weight forward of the front axle, it would have been lethal to drive...

It looks like they have put a airplane motor in a old F1 car
