Hello... I just wanted to take a small space on this forum to report that there are rumors about Mike McCormick saying that DVA Models are criminals and lot of disgusting stuff like that. I keep receiving emails and phone calls from good customers advising me of these rumors. I called Mike yesterday, as I believe is a good idea to contact the person directly and hear his side of the story before blowing up online or with third parties and starting a war that nobody needs. Good thing I did as with diplomacy and communication wars are avoided. This was Mike's response:

Hello Andy, I received your message but I don’t know who you are talking about? I have not been saying anything about you. There was only the forum thread about the customer in the Netherlands but you resolved this. Do not worry, I will not get involved anymore between you and your customers. If any of my customers ask me something, I will just decline to get involved. I do not want to get in the middle of any problems so do not worry, I will not comment anymore. Regards, Mike

I am glad this is how things as standing, as it was very disturbing to know that an honorable person like Mike was calling us criminals after 8 years of friendship and mutally profitable business relationship. We stopped the business relationship 3 years ago as our marketing strategies took different roads but we stopped dealing in very good terms.

So, once again fake rumors are happening in the field, like when it was said DVA Models closed business and went back to Italy and many others. Just wanted to clear the air because Mike don`t deserve to be used like that :(

You welcome Mike.

See... Dirk told me he was going to rectify his bad complaints as soon as he would had gotten the model, but I feel the bad notices were in bold characters and adertised very aggressively, the rectify in small tiny almost not noticeable letters. In my world I believe the rectify should be published with the same impact of the complaint, but I have to learn this is not how it works and I have to learn to live with it.
Customer happy, end of the story, have to move on.

Andy
