Make up will release the long-awaited 1960 Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagatos late July/early August. These will be under their new Eidolon Collection line similar to the 250 GTOs with larger, acrylic cases. Here are the colors/interior combinations coming soon!

Adrie, I have asked Make Up for this same type of overview. If I get one I will post in the forum. The 512TRs will start arriving in July so I plan to post the pictures from Make Up on my site for pre-order. I have your order saved.

Mike, can you ask MakeUp exactly which car Ch. No. they used as reference and modeled? Each of the real cars was slightly different; no two are exactly alike. Given their chart and color listings, some of the choices shown may very well not be completely accurate representations of the real deal. I'm very interested in getting one or two, but really need to know and research before I commit.

Mr. Uemoto of Make Up Company replied with this information.

"This DB4GTZ does Sanction II(DB4GT/0197/1)and there is some difference in 23 DB4GTZ each front grille, side emblem, side air intake, front air intake, side blinker, door handle, number light of the tail, body line wheel and tire."

Does Make-Up also make 1:43 scale kits of this car?

I am disappointed to see that Uemoto used one of the Sanction II cars. All 4 of those were built identically, so all the color variations and other details MakeUp is producing are fantasy versions, and of course they will also not exactly replicate any of the original 19 cars either. Oh well.....

It would be nice. Unfortunately, Make Up do not release kits for their Eidolon range (as far as I know). I very much wish they would...

I'd have thought. Yes, unfortunately that Make-Up don't produce kits.

I have 2 LP kits of DB4GT Zagato yet, but because these kits are very rare and very expensive, a Make-Up kit would be a very welcome addition for my own collection, but also for a lot of people who can not buy LP kits because they are very expensive.

We will see in the future or Make-Up will change their mind ha ha.
