an intersting varation

but

do you have a subscription for clear lacquer :-(

it is my feeling and my impression, when models sink in clear lacque.
is it a new fashion?

Actually, I have a large number of models from Garage43, including several that were photographed by Max - and the clear coat does not look that deep to the naked eye. Max's photography really enhances the depth of Laurent's clear coat, but it only shows up like that in his pictures.

Personally, I love the pure artwork that Max creates with his camera (and I am also Laurent's number one fan!), but I do understand what you are thinking in regards to a realistically scaled paint finish and I can assure that the actual models are extremely fine :o)

i'll give a suggestion, constructive criticism.

i see the problems with digital pictures. no eye can see this details!
but when i saw this models at shops, i've problems with the clear 'coat'. automaticly i compare the model with the original and have a little problem!

my vision of a model, looks without clear lacque. only i need metalic. then it needs a thin coating.

Hi everyone :

I spent a lot of time to find out and learning about light setting, camera setting and choice lens for taking model car's micro photos . To me I hope I can show the most beautiful image about the model cars , but micro lens always enhance the dust and something eyes can't see . So I use PS to make pics better and spent a lot of time !! Hope you like my work and I'll have my book very soon !!
Because before I only collect model but after many years , I think if I can share my photo album to all the model fans will have more fun then own the models to me .
