In case there are those on the forum who don't have enough to keep up with, James Wood now has a new website. Assembled by the great Jono the X Man, I must say it has far exceeded my expectations for design. Find it here at: http://www.creation43.com/index.php
Looking forward to seeing some of you over there!
James

I am afraid James and Peter are both exaggerating about my talents... The reason James' new site looks good is because of the content I had to work with: James' amazing models (along with Mike's pictures of them), made the design almost come together on its own :o)

I agree with Peter, James and Jono, the art of presenting art. Well done guys! Someone needs to buy that Jaguar XK120, it is tugging on my desires way too much. I have to keep it in a closet. |

Like Mike, I have to say it's somewhat of a surprise to me the French Cat hasn't found a home yet. It may not be apparent in the photos, but as the builder you should know I believe its my best work to date.

I have had the same thought for several weeks - I cannot believe Mike still has the "French Cat"... Normally he barely has a chance to even photograph James' models before they sell.
If I was not so broke myself, I would buy it without hesitation :o(

Hopefully it's a Jaguar. She'll find a good home. A Maserati is to be much much much more harder to sell. What's the appeal of Ferraris ? Is it the color ? Is it the shapes (and then praise the bodyworkers rather than the prancing horse)?

I am always attracted to shapes regardless of the badge but I also understand that collectors need to have discipline and set some criteria for their collections otherwise this hobby will quickly erase your bank account. |

You are absolutely right.
Sorry if my previous reply has/will offend forum members/readers. That was not my intention. That was an attempt of being funny. I screwed up. Sorry |

Antony you are always very funny, I liked your comment. I remember laughing all night when we had dinner in Paris. You and your brother-in-law should go on tour with your comedy act at night clubs. :-) |
