Here we’ll glue the front and rear hood’s photo-etched flaps. At the same time the vacformed parts are cut and we try the good fit on the body, the front screen is ok but the opening for the rear one needed some trimming.

Last step before painting is to be sure the wheels fit properly and ride height does look realistic.

These body parts are painted separately, these are the central blades of the 2 air intakes of the front hood and the rear body part receiving the lights and the wire mesh.

Chassis and interior parts painted now. The seats did receive a special treatment to reproduce the very characteristic material of the racing Ferraris in the early seventies.

Here we did paint some body details, front lights locations, rear wings air outlets. At the same time almost all the body interiors have been painted in black too.

The 12 engine air inlets are glued and take place under the rear window. One tiny rivet does hold the rear view mirror on the windscreen and the decals are for the side windows.

As usual, the decals are cut one by one for maximum realism and decal softener used for best adherence and also to help the decals to conform well; especially the white circle on the rear hood.
