The blue one is perhaps a Cannonball Daytona?
Cheers

Hi Piero
Indeed, this is the same car used by Dan Gurney at the Cannonball.
In this case, the decoration is for the Sebring 12 Hours 1972

I think the Sebring Kirk F White Daytona is not the Cannonball car. The Cannonball car (#14271) was Kirk F. White road car. White lent it to Brock Yates Sr and Dan Gurney to race the second Cannonball in November 1971 (The first one had been run by one car in May 1971; a 1971 Dodge, driven by Brock Yates Jr,Steve Smith who was an editor of Car and Driver and Conceived the Cannonball with Brock Yates Sr and Jim Williams). The Cannonball was a kind of protest against the new very strict traffic laws and the new speed limit (55mph).
The Sebring car (#14065) belonged to Ron Spangler who sold it with a buy back contract to Kirk F White for him to race the car at Sebring 1972.
The engine of 14271 had already been send to Traco for race preparation and to be fitted into 14065 which was being prepared for racing by Holman & Moody. 14065 engine would be kept as back up spare.

Wow ....
You're right.
I consulted my book of Christian Huet and indeed, the Sebring car is the #14065.
My apologies ....
