I've been a many years reader, etc on Forum but never posted until now! Just got my 1st Garage43 project from Laurent after years of admiring his work & very pleased! 1/43 LePhoenix AC Cobra 427 - Approximately 1 month turn around, impressive!!!

The inspirations

+ this baby that Mike listed last year sometime and it went super fast! From then on I have wanted to do my own Cobra project(s)

First off, welcome to the forum! As for the model....mighty fine piece...the color really makes the model bigger than it really is....:)

Very nice indeed!

Laurent makes gorgeous models - I wish I could have him build for me exclusively, instead of having to share him with you guys...

Hi Marvan, were you inspired by Rod Stewart's Cobra?

That burgundy Cobra Laurent built certainly is a thing of beauty. I very nearly bought it myself when Mike listed it... and still kind of wish I had.

I do recall that Cobra taking under 2 hours to sell after it was listed for sale....simply beautiful...

Folks,
Sorry for deleting the pics earlier but they are back now; new to this and moved pics from one folder to another!
Anyways, thanks for all the welcome & complements! Yes, Laurent is extremely good and we all wish we could keep him just for our own personal builder! I have drooled for years at some of the projects that Laurent has done for you guys and yes, that Burgundy Cobra some lucky sole grabbed from Mike before I could decide if I should buy (hesitated & missed out also :-) ) I see everyone also appreciated that beauty!
Mike, my inspiration version is very close to the Rod Stewart car minus some of the chrome accents & accessories.
