Is this model a mysterious unknown BBR model or a one off model?

(Ferrari 250 GT TDF ch0555GT, Targa Florio 1959)

I am looking for more info of this model, so maybe does someone know the builder or have more pictures?

Have to look it up (am at work right now), but I think its a BBR kit built into a livery BBR has never made..
