We'll I hope it is a 1955 Lancia D50 as driven in the Grand Prix of Monaco from the newer Model Factory Hiro 1/43 scale kit that looks amazingly clean. While a little before my era of interest, I am very curious and enthusiastic about seeing the results of your fine work (unless I am mistaken of course).

Perfect! Of course it was a pretty good hint in the photo. However I just got the kits in yesterday and had a chance to look at the parts in detail and see how it all fits together. Pretty comprehensive kit overall. I will post photos later today or tomorrow.

The models will feature removable body parts and full engine/chassis detail.

The white metal parts are organized first.

The photo etching and machined parts.

And at this stage the white metal body parts are sanded and all of the holes drilled prior to paint. Flaws will be corrected in the primer stage.

I am building two pieces from the Monaco GP 1955 in special cases. Please contact Mike if interested in reserving one of these.
