Beginner question: Is it better to remove all parts from the sprue and then bag them up into assembly sections? ive read to only take off the parts you are using, but that could be more work especially when priming is required.
Only take off the parts you are using...easy to lose small parts. What you see in the photo is how the parts came...many are loose so it's important to take an inventory and then tag and bag them to avoid any problems.
Looks nice. Funny thing is the cast sectioned wire wheel spare looks almost as good and is 10 times easier to build. I hope you paint them like on the real car.
Dry Fitting of the Engine Block. The heads will be drilled on the mill at the correct angle to accept the valves first. I am leaning towards machining the pistons out of aluminum. I am not all that happy with the cast ones in the kit.
