Thank you Joe and Mike. I like the different materials and textures used on many 60s/70s cars. The wild Scotch plaid used on the 930 Turbo Paris Salon car is very cool but I am sure it's not for everyone. Since I have so much extra material I thought about making a "driving shirt" with brown leather sleeves and wool houndstooth body. Instead of a sport seat with a headrest, it will look like a sport seat with a head.

I really love how the car's shaping up - and neither orange or brown are my favourite colours! Having said that, everything that's been done so far just works. Perfectly. If it ended up becoming mine, I do not imagine I would change a single thing.

As for the spare hounds tooth fabric, you need to have a driving cap ('cheesecutter' style), and matching driving gloves :o)
