Is JPM productions the same as JPM Montage? The logo seems to be the same, but a big price difference between the two.

Yes, they are both Jean-Paul Magnette. I think "JPM Montage" was mostly just his earlier work. His later pieces generally have a lot more work put into them, which is reflected in the pricing.

Jean-Paul builds very nice models :o)
