A Ford Escort Mk1 twin cam. Inspired by Alan Mann racing liveries of the period. Steve performed a large number of modifications (beyond his obvious open/close trademark aspects), to the Scala43 kit, such as right-hand drive conversion and rectangular headlights. The wheels are a little difficult to make out when painted black - they are Minilites.
As always, Steve is an absolute gentleman to deal with - and a bona fide genius in the world of 1:43 scale.
