Hello to all fellow forum members, this is my first post here at the forum.

I must say that your Broadspeed Jaguar project is nothing short of spectacular, the amount of work and fabrication is superb. I have wanted to have this race car in 1/24 scale for quite a long time without luck, since no manufacturer ever made one, is quite a beautiful and impresive car.

I did scrachtbuild a body of this racing Jaguar in 1/24 scale and was working on it for quite some time, but the results where not very good in my eyes so put it in hold, BUT after seeing your miniature in progress masterpiece and the new graphic info available (going to the book store right away to buy the magazine!!) the inspiration to try to do something with my project is back.

I can't wait to see more updates on this amazing build, I have always said that these 1/43 scale superdetailed models are the ultimate expresion in the art and ecxelence of automotive scale modeling, and the works by you and other fellow modelers posted in this forum prove that beyond any question!!.

I would not be at all surprised to learn that your extinguisher actually has foam inside it, Jean-Paul... you seem to have ever other last little detail under control :o)

I really wish I could achieve something even half as good as this!

Bonjour Jean-Paul,

Cordialement Pierre

Interesting work.
On your pictures, it seems to me that the right door closed is not align.
