Hello,

can anybody help me, i am looking since a long time for a AMR Kit, when i check Ebay always some seller mark the KIT like this: "....Annecy Miniatures (AMR)".

So my question is, are the Annecy KITīs the same like AMR or totaly diffrent? how is the Quality? like AMR ??

Thanks for help

In my official AMR-list, Annecy Miniatures is mentioned, for example:

250 GT LWB Spyder California 1959 Phares droits Street K ANNECY MINIATURES 1989

so yes it has something to do with AMR.

As far as I know, Annecy miniatures was/ is(?) a model shop and they commissioned AMR to make masters (kits) especially for them. As Mike did it with the Porsch 356 Speedster from Piranha models. So these are definetely AMR models. I dont own an AMR-Annecy miniature so I cannot say something about the quality, but the models look like they are a bit simpler (by AMR standards of course). They dont seem to have many photoetched parts as others (the 375 Rosselini for example). But generally they seem to be very nice and the subjects are quite intersting!

true trossi. About the photoetch, it is normal as they are very early kits. Needless to say, they are rare and fetch high prices these days

All of the Annecy P4's. P4 Spyders and 412P's were mastered by AMR.... the best by far of any of the P4/412P's made so far.... the benchmark!... but also photoetch....
