Dear fellow collectors,
I received photos of samples of EM153 Keonig Competition Evolution 1000HP 1992 from the Make Up. Variations are;
A: Red
B: Yellow
C: White
D: Black
E: Dark Blue Metallic
F: Metallic Red
G: Red w/ Mesh Wheels
H: Yellow w/ Mesh Wheels
I: Black w/ Mesh Wheels

Hi Nobuyuki!
It seems you have good contact with Make Up? I send them some mails a while ago to ask them if they are going to produce the 599 Hybrid and the 599 GTO? I never got an answer. Would you please be so kind to ask them the same question? Thanks in advance!

Is someone know what is "Mesh Wheels" ?

Hi Pat! How are you? Aren't the Make Up's great? I am a big fan and I know you are too! I've got 65 Make Up models at this moment with a couple more on order! I hope they will als make the 599 Hybrid and the GTO!

I'm fine and happy to hear you. We are both fan of Make-up models, you're right but i must admit they are to fast to release their model. I can't save up any more money :-)
I have around 30 models from EIDOLON... I love their F40 and the Fiorano.
I hope to see you one day at Paris.

I asked them the same questions, too. They donft have plans to release either the 599 GTO or the 599 Hybrid, right now, for the 599 series are not popular here in Japan. Neither the 458. But, if the request from Europe and the US are so large, they might change their mind, I guess.
The Make Up is now working on the 250 GTO 1962 and F50.

The emesh wheelf is the BBS type, as sash81 said.

Thanks for your reply! In that case I think we should tell the Make Up people a little white lie and say there are many, many people waiting for the 599's to be released in Europe! ;-) You would at least make Pat and me very happy! :-)

Nobuyuki, you can also tell to Make-up boss that we are able to buy every colors of the 599 GTO : black, red, silver and with differents rims, test versions, ... !!

I will tell the MU your request :-)
By the way, the MU may start a new service that you can choose a base from optional ones if you buy a model at their showroom. Now a red leather base and a light-brown simulated leather base are available as a test.
