Hello

I begin the modification of the breadvan. I begin by the rear door. I corrected the height because it is to small. If you watch this picture and you calculate L/H, the result is 2,1.

See you soon

Hi Jean Paul
I have to confess, you have surprised me by the ease with which you work the brass.
I just want you two questions:
How do you give the shape for the bulb of the hood?
How do turn the doors, if they do not have hinges?

Many thanks and my sincere admiration for your splendid work

Hola Jerry

For the bulb

(Google translation)
I take the original shape by sticking an adhesive tamiya. I cut the shape in brass 0.2 mm. I heat this form to soften the piece. I shape the piece on a soft surface with the handle of a knife. Then I bunk with the original shape and I'm finishing.

One example for the hinges ... it's same thing on the breadvan

Hi Jean Paul.
Thanks a lot for your kind information.
Very clever system ,that you use for the doors.

Cheers.
