This artistic masterpiece by James Wood lasted all of an hour on my homepage so I have moved the photos to the Gallery and felt it deserved additional exposure here in the Forum. James started this project with the AMR Ford GT40 Mk.II kit. Obviously he has completely resculpted the body and sent me a list of scratch upgrades as follows: Ray Dot mirrors, new wheel rims, transaxle casing, wider tires, cockpit toggle switches, front splitter, vac formed windscreen, photoetch interior tub panels, Sprint43 photoetch Halibrand wheel centers, and John Simons decals. I want one in full scale!

I had a heads up on this one and am very happy to see it in Mike's forum. James is one of the most creative builders I know. He made the case as well.
Keep them coming James!

Guess who was feeling pretty pleased with himself an hour after Mike listed that on his site :o)

Well done Jono!
I have a Ferrari 512 BB LM 1977 made by James. On of the highlights of my collection. Set your expectations as high as you can, you will not be dissapointed when she arrives. |
