last week finally I got my AMR 250 GTO back from Monza Models.
I bought it on ebay a long time ago for a very reasonable price but it was not in very good condition therefor I decided to have it restored.....

Here is the result.....

very nice. Love the angles and photograph and love the patina on the restored model - has real character

Thanks Mat! but ehh, what is "patina"

I am really happy with it and with this model I also photographed other than I used to:
instead of taking my pics during the day, I now took them during sunrise: the light hits the model just right to give it the beautiful effect it now has......

The light effect is really amazing

The term patina has a few definitions but the one I meant is the following "a surface appearance of something grown beautiful especially with age or use". So even though the model has been restored, only the bits that needed to be restored were done and all the character was retained.

Keep up the good work. You and Max can co-produce a book of pics that would fly off the shelves

thanks a lot Matt! that means a lot to me.
However Max's pics are WAY better than mine since his camera is better. :-D
