I have no words to define your absolutely fantastic job!
I agree with you,Chan.
Actually are needed innovative methods and improvements of building to reactivate the world of model building in 1/43.
Otherwise, this is dying....

I should probably amend that by saying it will be very cool to me - and possibly of slightly less interest to all the Ferrari fanatics here...

No worries my friend...we need more builders like yourself with a lot of passion...as well as collectors who appreciate what we do everyday. It is not easy to survive.

Looking forward to more creations from you!

or i challenge you build one to compare, just like the ice bucket challenge recently ,it must be fun

Very funny...I don't have hundreds of hours to do a "challenge" and too old to change my old school methods. "LOL"

FWIW Blue Print models may be accurate but don't always "look correct" in 1/43. This is why AMR was a master. Just saying ;)

You are definitely very talented at what you do. The owner should be proud.

Lots of cutting and body modifications...so something was altered. Love to see more detail on why they were done. The photos are not telling the whole story.

Absolutely masterful engineering in these two!
It is amazing that you are able to achieve such tight tolerance on the small radiator flaps, etc. What paint do you use to keep the finish so thin to allow this?

A couple of "observations [only minor].

The nose section on the 3705GT [forward of the 3 vents] is too long I think. Could also be the photo angle of the model?

And what is the red ball shaped thing in the nose...I don't see it in the race photo...but I see it on some other models.

Sorry for being so picky but the build is so nice looking these little details are making me think ;)

No...they both look narrower overall then the real car. Perhaps it's your photography. What type of lens did you use?

The car looks somewhat stretched at the front. I see you made massive changes. Are the Superior bodies that far off from reality?
43king Posted - 08/26/2014 : 10:24:28
thank you, i agree that it was most difficult job for me too.
i share some more wip here:

That’s what I call a real SUPER built!
I have built one of the superior MakeUp 250 GTO’s
many years ago, so I know there not easy to built!
