That is a vintage F-104 Lockheed Starfighter aka the widowmaker due to its short stubby wings and poor safety record. Quite difficult to fly is my understanding and not one of our best efforts.

Still a wicked looking jet, though, despite its age. I have a 1/48 scale model of F-104S, which I had built several years ago after seeing this one of Max's (although mine is slightly different - the Ducati sponsored version).

a starfighter is basicly a rocket with a seat on top..

Wouldn't fly in one if they would give me $1000.

Lethal thing

Moriaan,

$1,000 would not cover your funeral costs.

The F104G was 4° flock hunting, the coat of arms is the prancing horse of Francesco Baracca, The Aeronautica Italiana (Italian AirForce) gived the Air plane to Ferrari in 1989 now the plane is in the Fiorano test track in Maranello, see the photos,
with Google map you can see.

Escuseme for my bad English
