hi friends, i am not a model - builder and i havenīt found an answer anywhere so i will try it here.
on some of my older bbr models one of front light-lenses is missing. i have some new lenses, but they are too "white" and looking too new (the older ones are already little bit yellow).
do you have any method to make them "older"-looking ? any lotion ? to the hot - sunshine ?
and what with cars where both (old and new lense) are already attached on the car ?
thanks a lot for your advice.

Tamiya has a whole range of transparent paints. These are great for lenses front and rear. For your lenses you can use yellow: the more layers you apply with your brush the darker the colour.
Colour code is X 24 and the paint is available at good hobby shops at a couple of euros or dollars.Make sure you have a good brush.

Hello Max28Max. Good to see another collector from the Czech Republic on the forum. What city do you live in Max? I'm originally from Hrob, near Teplice now living in Calgary. Take care.

You can always replace the yellowed parts and the missing parts with new parts so the model is now more presentable as a whole.
