Thank you Wolfgang, I wish I could be there but your photos share so much. I am especially excited to see Serge back in business, he is such a good guy and deserves success for everything he has done for this hobby. I hope I can go again one of these years. I have to convince some other friends here in the US to do the trip. I have enjoyed every year I have gone, so much to see and experience that you can only see at Retromobile. Did you see Patrick and Stephane from Built Up Models also? Patrick Badot always has spectacular models on display, I assume there was something from Patrice de Conto? Fred's work is always fun to see and to meet Fred in person you can finally understand his passion, it has no limit! Hello Fred if you are reading this, I am sure you are in your atelier right now working on the next model. :-) |

Hi Jean-Paul,
That is a 1:24 model. I saw this model on Freds workshop.
Have a nice sunday!

I believe that is not a 917 but a Ferrari 330 P4 in the photo.

The last series of photo's Have more but those are from or visit to Paris ( in three hours we visit the Eifeltower to the top (275 meter) the Arc the Triomphe , the Champs de Ellysee where we saw a Mercedes C111 in the vitrine of the MB dealer and the Louvre and we also discoverd that the metro only rides until 01.00 so we had to take a taxi to the hotel from the other side of Paris. Next time we take the other points of interest :-)

Great Pictures Geert, there are a few more sights on the list for next year.. (before 01.00 PM) was really funny to realize the subway closed down when we were on the other side of Paris..
Who are those guys ruining the first picture of the 250TR..(they were all over Paris, ran into them "again" on top of the Eiffeltower!)
Saw great cars and models and met several great friends I only knew by mail.
Untill next year! I am counting on a few more members for "paris by night"
Mark, you get the tickets, Geert, we know where you live now!
