You do nice work, Bernd! I would be proud to have quite a few of those in my own collection :o)

(I changed your posts to include your pictures - I hope you don't mind...)

Your display bases are also excellent Bernd.
They improve the models!

The bases are very important. I do hate those poor black plastic bases and I don´t understand why they use them. A factory built for about 200 Euros and a base for maybe less then 4 Euros. I do like the leather bases but there are to many different colours. I think this is the best way to present the own collection in one look. I do order these bases for less then 3 Euros. All I have to do is to glue the white base on the clear base and put a BBR display case on it. That´s it. I have made a layout for the stickers and sent it to a printing press. It is really cheap. 200 Sickers for 40 Euros.
Kind regards, Bernd

Bernd,
You are a skilled modeler as exemplified by your excellently built models, I much enjoyed looking at them.
My favorite was the yellow 340 Mexico raced at Watkins Glen in 1954.
Thank you for telling how you built the bases too.

Cheers and Happy Collecting,
Steve

Thank you very much Steve. Here is another one that I finished last weekend. The Ferrari 250 LM #5891 from the race in Le Mans in 1968.
