I have two models of the magnificent F40 in 1/24 scale.

Laurent built recently a Hiro F40 GTE.

Earlier, Alex had built for me a yellow brutal F40 based on the old 1/24 Tamiya kit.
Enjoy the result it's terrific.
I feel really proud for both F40s.

Wow, terrific models, especially the GTE by Laurent. I collect and build many 1:24 models and would love to have that piece in my own collection. Thanks for showing.

As far as I know, the Hiro F40 GTE is a difficult kit.
Laurent did a wonderfull "open" assembly.
I have mounted it on the display base using a secondary acrylic base in order to have all the panels open and all the details visible.
I promise I'll post more pics asap.

On the other hand the yellow F40, built by Alex, is an old Tamiya plastic kit.
To my opinion Tamiya captured the shape of the car 100%.
Alex did a wonderfull job on the inside detailing but it was my choise to display the car closed.
I' ve a lot of WIP pics and I also promise to post close-ups.
