The resin components are cleaned and prepped for paint. Wheels, tires,window frames, mirror, etc will be hand fabricated for this project. The GT350 R was a stripped down, bare bones race car.

I see too often Ferrari built-up processes and so it is nice to see something different. I have nothing against Ferrari, but there are many other brands I'd like to see.

Base color and Le Mans stripes are put in place...some refinements to the edges will be made and then the balance of markings will be put on.
The panel lines have been deepened as well keeping them nice and crisp.

Wheels have now been machined.Please excuse the poor photo.

Each wheel will have a resin insert and valve stem installed.

Here the tires have been cast in resin. After the initial dry fit they will be cleaned up and painted a semi matte tire black and fitted to the car. The centers will be painted a gun metal color.
